Pay: $30 - $35/per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4PM Pacific Standard Time. Equipment: We do not provide equipment. Key Responsibilities: Manage merchant onboarding and inquiries Monitor transactions, handle chargebacks, resolve discrepancies Assist with compliance (KYC/AML), risk reporting, and process updates Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of experience in payment operations, underwriting, or risk monitoring Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field preferred Experience with ACH, chargebacks, Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Strong communication and Excel skills We value i...
