Mayo Clinic has an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Automation program—leading a strategic portfolio spanning robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflow solutions. You will set program direction, establish governance and reporting, and partner with leaders across clinical, operational, and administrative areas to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll oversee a delivery team of business analysts, solutions architects, and project managers, manage dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams, and communicate progress and value to executive stakeholders. This role requires strong program leadership in complex, matrixed environments and the ability to tailor Agile and hybrid delivery practices to the organization. The Senior Program Manager will lead the Enterprise Automation portfolio end to end—setting program direction, establishing governance, and ensuring work remains aligned to institutional priorities.
