Job DetailsJob Location: PC Boca Raton - Boca Raton, FL 33434Education Level: 4 Year DegreePurpose The Computer Science & Technology Specialist will collaborate with colleagues to integrate educational technology, robotics, and coding throughout the curriculum. In addition, the Computer Science and Technology Specialist serves as a guide for students and supports growth among the faculty in the use of computer science and technology within our educational framework. Essential Job Functions: Supports the School’s mission statement and the philosophy of the department and adheres to School policies and procedures, including but not limited to what is outlined in the Employee Handbook Helps build enthusiasm among students in the area of coding, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and virtual reality Implements weekly lessons for Computer Science Creates lessons that help students to learn logical reasoning, algorithmic thinking, design, and structured problem solving Provides opportunities for students to implement, test, and deploy a solution considering real-world constraints Collaborates with colleagues to integrate computer science and technolo...
