Duties & Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery. - Interact with members of cross-functional teams. - Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project. - Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations. - Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks. - Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budget. - Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers. - Perform customer core team training. - Keep up on skill / certifications for new or enhanced products. - Obtain certain level of certification in an area outside of core competency.
