Job Summary Shift Details: 3:00pm - 11:30pm It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Technician I to perform project maintenance and repairs including installation work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment, building systems, flooring, painting, and carpentry. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Assists with repairs of mechanical equipment including heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, fan coils, chiller and boiler preventive maintenance, pumps, water softener systems, cooling towers, energy management systems, and electrical, including wiring motors and motor controls. Assists with Installs, operates, maintains, and repairs all building automation systems (BAS) and equipment. Install, connects, and tests sanity plumbing fixtures including: Sinks, toilets, cleanout, copper, pipping, etc. Checks electrical circuits, refrigeration controls and contacts.
