As the bridge between students and various school departments, you'll develop processes and activities that enhance retention and promote student success. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of student advising experience - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form - Ability to evaluate and develop student success plans based on student needs - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: - Assist the Director of Education and Campus President in maintaining a positive educational environment and follows up on student concerns and complaints - Serve as the first point of contact for student concerns and dissatisfaction while maintaining the policies and standards set forth by the campus - Help oversee activities related to improving student retention (e.g., Perfect Attendance/Academic Excellence recognition).
