Description Position Summary: The Business Process and Systems Manager (BPSM) is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and strategic ownership of the company’s enterprise resource planning system, Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD). This role reports to the Director of IT & eCommerce and serves as the primary system owner for ERP configuration, integrations, automation, reporting, documentation, and ongoing modernization. This role is accountable for the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ERP environment and its integrations. It is dedicated to information systems administration and ERP project execution, with a strong focus on automating and enhancing ERP-driven accounting and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure the system remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
