People Partner - Supply Chain Operations

Your Impact Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Partnering – Supply Chain Operations, this role is responsible for leading and delivering operational and strategic people partnering initiatives across Supply Chain Operations. This role will be supporting three key manufacturing and logistics sites nationally – Abbotsford, Laverton (VIC), and Welshpool (WA). This 14-month fixed term contract provides parental leave cover and plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business priorities across manufacturing, logistics and operational teams. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you will drive strategic workforce initiatives, provide trusted workplace relations advice, support organisational change and enable strong leadership capability across Supply Chain Operations. You’ll be site-based at Abbotsford as your primary location, with travel to Southbank Head Office and Laverton as required.
