Description POSITION SUMMARY: Little Leaf Farms is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Fleet Technician to support the maintenance, inspection, and repair of our vehicle fleet and mobile equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient transportation that supports our fresh leafy greens from farm to customer. The Fleet Technician will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company-owned trucks, vans, trailers, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment to minimize downtime and maintain the highest safety and food-quality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light- and medium-duty trucks, trailers, and company vehicles. - Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems. - Maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mobile equipment used in production and warehouse operations. - Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures to minimize operational disruptions. - Ensure fleet vehicles meet DOT, state, and company safety standards. - Complete required inspections, documentation, and maintenance records accurately and on time....
