About the Job: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES HOME OFFICE: - Establish a CM Organization (Home Office and Site Offices) and provide the leadership and direction to implement the requirements for the construction scope of work. - Provide coordination and communication with the Client, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors; establish and maintain goals and objectives for PULSE HSE, Quality, Project Cost and Schedule. - HSSE and Quality Program initiatives are primary drivers for a Construction Manager. - Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective Construction Execution Plan (CEP) and the deliverables as required for the scope of work in the various phases o...
