This role, based in our Dublin office, focuses helping our mandarin customers in providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
