Job description

Location: IU Health 575 Riley Hospital Drive Schedule: Full time, 1st shift, onsite Monday - Friday; W eekends rotations and on-call as needed 7am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment and circuits, including power distribution systems, motor control centers and backup emergency switch gear. Follows appropriate preventative maintenance schedules to ensure proper maintenance and maximum life of the equipment. May participate in customer service activities related to electrical distribution, nurse call systems, TV systems, public address systems and other equipment and systems. Reports problems through the work order system and suggests solutions to systems and equipment. May participate in the planning and execution process for remodeling and construction. Performs other related duties as assigned. Electrician experience preferred: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - High School Diploma or GED required. - Formal Electrical Training in a healthcare environment preferred. - Requires ability to...
