Job description
Create is hiring a Director, Operations Planning & Inventory to take ownership of our planning processes and inventory management across the supply chain, ensuring we have the right product in the right place, at the right time in all our sales channels. This is a highly analytical, detail-oriented role that will translate forecasts into actionable operational plans, helping us scale into new channels while keeping inventory healthy and service levels high. In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning our inventory model, running Create’s S&OP process, working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to build accurate forecasts, and optimizing our production plans. In addition, If you love data, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and get energy from making complex systems run smoothly, this role is for you. Requirements: - Own Biweekly S&OP Process: Lead and run the company S&OP cadence. Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance into a single latest estimate.
