Senior Engineer, Riverside Teleport YOUR IMPACT: As a key member of the Teleport Engineering team, you will ensure teleport systems, services and infrastructures deliver the highest standard of service to our customers. In the role of Senior Teleport Engineer, you will lead complex L2/L3 engineering and maintenance activities associated with telecommunications systems and services. You will have the opportunity to showcase your strong competencies and may serve as subject matter expert when activating services and implementing projects. Apart from supporting complex intra-departmental projects, you will have the chance to mentor and oversee junior engineers within the team. To further develop your skills, you may support or lead design and development engineering activities. WHAT YOU WILL DO: · Provide engineering technical support for all assigned teleport & 3rd Party Location projects, programs, and initiatives. · Lead technical resolution when performing emergency restoral actions on ground station equipment, including: RF-, IF- and Baseband equipment. · Provide teleport on-site technical support to applicable technologies and ground station equipment, providing guidance to othe...
