The Business Analyst at Sparks Wiz Limited will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. Qualifications: Requirements Gathering: - Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
