Description Devereux Texas – League City, TX Full-Time | On-Site Leadership Role: Compensation: $80,000 – $91,000 per year Devereux Texas is seeking a Director of Risk and Quality Management to serve as a key member of the Texas Leadership Team and a vital contributor to national risk and quality initiatives. This highly impactful, on‑site role ensures safe, high‑quality services for children and adolescents across our programs—including the Autism Intensive Residential Program and other structured therapeutic services on our 49‑acre League City campus. In this position, you will partner closely with Texas and national leaders to advance proactive risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, high‑reliability systems, and a culture of continuous improvement.
