Licensed Purchase Loan Officer – Consumer Direct As a Purchase Loan Officer at PHH Mortgage, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to existing portfolio customers, offering a range of mortgage products to help them achieve their homeownership goals. This role requires you to build strong relationships with homeowners while meeting individual sales targets, company retention goals, and most importantly, delivering excellent customer service.
