Job Description What is the opportunity?: In your role as a Director & Managing Counsel, Europe Global Markets, you will provide strategic support to business and functional colleagues on a broad range of legal matters arising from the European Global Markets business including local support for the Bank’s central funding and treasury services desks on securities finance transactions and related activity, as well as commodity financing. Reporting directly to the Head of Europe Law Group for Capital Markets, you will advise on complex legal, regulatory, transactional, structuring and reputational issues impacting RBC Global Markets. You will also provide legal services and advice to the other Capital Markets businesses in Europe, as may be required from time to time, to enhance Law Group support regionally. This role requires 4 days in the office.
