Job description

This full-time position works 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Summary: Provides direct support services to members of the Maintenance Operations Team, Facilities Support and Construction Department. Maintains and repairs building systems and equipment applying basic skills in plumbing, painting, carpentry, and vehicle maintenance. May act as primary point of contact for emergency repairs on second shift and/or major events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists various tradesmen, such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, painter, HVAC, irrigation technicians, vehicle mechanics in the performance of all aspects of their assigned tasks and functions. Provides related maintenance and repairs in absence of primary trades person or during periods of high demand. - Demonstrates good judgment in determining the best course of action to make repairs especially on the second shift when contacted by Security to address emergency situations including plumbing leaks and/or power outages. - Assists with spring start up and winter shut down of all water features and provides daily services and chemical treatment. - Responds to service calls on second shift in a timely and professional manner. -...
