Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join Mezzino. The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting our property and housing operations by providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and recruitment processes. This permanent, full-time position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management - Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding - Coordinate onboarding processes including offers, contracts, right to work checks, and induction - Manage leaver processes, including exit documentation and system updates - ·Ensure all employee changes (e.g. promotions, salary changes, contractual updates) are accurately processed and recorded HR Administration & Systems: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS - Issue contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with company policies - Track key HR activities such as probation reviews, training completion, and policy acknowledgement - Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries or escalating as appropriate -...
