Job DetailsJob Location: EXECUTIVE OFFICE - DALLAS, TX 75254Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearTri Delta is seeking a Member Development Manager, Alumnae to design and deliver opportunities that support alumnae in their personal and professional growth while fostering lifelong engagement with the organization. This role is responsible for creating and facilitating program content, including virtual development sessions for alumnae and collaborating on initiatives that support collegians as they transition from college into the young alumnae experience. The ideal candidate will combine their knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and professional development with strong project management skills and a passion for member-based organizations. The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
