Farm Hand / Operator – Colebatch Faulkner Farming is seeking a motivated Farm Hand / Operator to join our team at our Colebatch Aggregation; a 6,500ha mixed mainly cropping and some grazing operation that is 25km South of Tintinara and 190km South of Adelaide. Reporting to the Farm Manager, this hands-on role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the farming operation. Duties include crop seeding and spraying, harvesting, grain storage and handling, fencing and general property upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in broadacre farming, confidence in operating modern agricultural machinery, and a proactive, can-do approach to getting the job done. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops under direction. Grain storage operations including bunker in loading and out loading Assist with maintenance of machinery and vehicles used in cropping Monitor crop growth and operational timelines under guidance Undertake pest, disease and weed management activities Assist with repairs and maintenance of fences, buildings and infrastructure Contributing to a strong safety culture by following all WHS, environmental, and compl...
