Join our eLearning team as Lead 3D Designer—lead, mentor, and build bold 3D + interactive prototypes that bring training to life. As the Training Lead 3D Designer in our eLearning team, you lead the creative vision and execution of high quality 3D assets that elevate digital learning modules. You oversee end to end design, modeling, and animation, mentor and develop a high performing team of designers, and collaborate closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative, learner centric solutions. You prototype interactive experiences and program core functionality, translating creative concepts into polished, technically sound implementations that meet quality, timeline, and performance goals.
