Role Summary Anthropologie Home is seeking a talented and highly motivated Assistant Furniture Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative instincts, technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a fast-paced design environment. The Assistant Designer will partner closely with design team to develop innovative, brand-aligned furniture concepts from idea through product launch. Role Responsibilities: Design Development Create original furniture concepts that align with brand direction, trend, and customer insights. Contribute to both early concept exploration and development refinement. Collaboration Work closely with design leads and cross-functional partners to develop and iterate on designs. Effectively take direction, apply feedback, and contribute to a shared team output. CAD Modeling & Visualization Build clean, efficient 3D models in SolidWorks and produce renderings in Keyshot. Utilize sketching and AI tools to explore and communicate ideas.
