Job Description: Summary The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs. Essential Functions: - Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring - Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units. - Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. - Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed. Additional Responsibilities: - Update SOP’s as required and review weekly cost. - Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters. - Perform other duties as required.
