JOB SUMMARY: Job Profile Summary: Performs routine duties related to various accounting functions. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Prepare various journal entries, records, regulatory reports, and budget information - Performs accounting functions related to customer accounting and accounts receivable reconciliations - Assist with preparation of tax returns and supporting tax calculations - Verify and/or perform calculations including, but not limited to: - Ratios - Percentages and discounts - Depreciation - Allocations - Account charges - Financial ratios - Utilize applicable micro and/or mainframe applications to assist with preparation and/or verification of information including, but not limited to: - Forecasted versus actual expenses - Governmental/regulatory reports - Financial reports - Quarterly income statements - Corporate tax returns - Provide information and assistance to auditors, governmental/regulatory staff, managers, employees, customers, and others concerning accounting activ...
