TEST - Job Description Qualifications: TEST - Requirements: - BA/BS in Accounting or related field - Relevant work experience in public accounting, insurance or finance preferred - Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong process improvement skills and the ability to "think outside the box" - Highly motivated with a strong desire to exceed expectations, and work in a challenging and fast-paced work environment - Desire to work with a team where growth and improvement are encouraged and supported - Proven ability to interact effectively and communicate complex investment accounting guidelines and policies in an understandable manner to various levels staff, and external vendors - Goal-oriented with a track record of task and project completion. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, as the need arises (quarter and year-ends, ad hoc projects) - Strong Excel skills
