Client Care Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Care Assistant to join our busy and welcoming Hockley practice on a part-time basis, working 25.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract. Our Hockley branch is a well-established and supportive practice with a team of 3 vets, 6 RVNs, a VCA and CCA team, all working together to provide excellent patient and client care. The role includes a 2 in 3 Saturday morning rota, along with participation in a bank holiday rotation at our Southend 24-hour hospital. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Duties will include managing appointments, answering telephone and email enquiries, processing payments, supporting the clinical team and helping the practice run smoothly day-to-day. We are looking for someone who is organised, compassionate and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred, and veterinary experience would be an advantage although not essential.
