Responsibilities: This person will serve as an integral part of providing support to retail locations within MFA on point of sale and associated software. They will also work to continue streamlining processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and optimal efficiency across point-of-sale, agronomy, and asset-tracking platforms. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy. What You’ll Do: Provide support for all Retail and Local affiliate locations on procedures involving the Merchant and FieldAlytics Software Provide database maintenance and setup across both platforms Support will require an on-call weekend with rotation with other employees Assist with developing and documenting workflows to capture relevant data within the software for tracked ass...
