Description Kalos Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Sign Installation / Seal & Stripe Laborers to support our growing sign installation and parking lot maintenance division. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, traveling to different job sites, and being part of a fast-paced, production-driven team. You will assist with installing signage, sealing asphalt, and striping parking lots across multiple project locations. If you can handle physical work, follow direction, and show up ready to work, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential. Schedule: Night Shift - Sunday - Thursday 40/60 hours weekly Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly based on experience Travel and Lodging: Some projects require out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project. The ability to be flexible with travel is a requirement of the role.
