Introduction Sentence: For our local entity in Rødby we are recruiting a: Your new job includes We are currently establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops. In the position of People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d), you will be based in Rødby, reporting directly to the Head of P&C. As the central onsite P&C contact, you work closely with the Head of P&C to ensure professional, compliant and serviceoriented HR operations, coordinate central service providers, drive local buildup and scaleup activities, and actively shape culture and change in close collaboration with employee representatives and committees. In particular, you will - manage day‑to‑day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, HRIS processes and payroll input - advise managers and employees on performance matters, employee‑relations issues and conflict situations, acting as the primary local HR contact - coordinate local recruiting and employer‑branding activities and recommend hiring decisions and offer parameters - plan and deliver training and development initiatives that foster engagement, diversity and compan...
