Description POSITION DETAILS: Job Title : Surgery Scheduler: Practice : Hand, Wrist, Elbow & Orthopaedic Trauma - Randall Viola, MD Status : This is a full-time, year-round, benefits eligible position. Classification : Non-Exempt - Hourly: Location: This is an in-office position primarily based at our Vail location with some travel required to our other clinic locations including locations in both Eagle and Summit County. Schedule: Monday - Friday: Pay Range: The entry range for this position is $25.00-$28.00/hr and is dependent on relevant experience. Position Overview: The Surgical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating appointment times for patients and physician templates. This position requires you to obtain all required information from the patient, efficiently run a physician clinic, and learn how to schedule and coordinate surgical dates. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who interacts courteously and professionally with individuals at all levels.
