We are now looking for a Line Manager within product design organisation, who will be heading product design activities by defining the next generation of antenna solutions, translating cutting-edge technology into market-leading, cost-optimized products deployed globally. This role is part of the EAS Product Design Leadership Team and reports directly to the Head of Product Design, playing a key role in shaping the future direction of our products. As a leadership position, it offers a unique opportunity to directly influence technology direction, drive system performance excellence, and strengthen our overall business competitiveness. You will lead the team of over 25 people. The role is based in Rosenheim, Germany.
