Job Description: This individual will be comfortable leading various projects from start to finish as well as focused on maintaining a safe and productive work environment. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R systems, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater systems, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs. - Maintain complete knowledge of hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation system - Respond to all Guest Requests within a very timely manner - Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations - Follow established safety procedures - Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs - Duties include emergency on call status Qualifi...
