POSITION SUMMARY: The Retail Manager - Firearms supervises the firearms department within the store to include compliance with ATF, state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role is responsible for merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, staff selection and development, team training and coaching, and customer service experience. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. - Executes all sales plans to meet or exceed financial plans as set by the company. - Opens and Closes the Store and has responsibility for building keys and alarm codes. - Obtains “Manager on Duty” responsibilities. - Leads firearm compliance sales standards in the Firearms department to ensure compliance with ATF, state, local laws, company policies and procedures, including 4473, 3310, state and internally required firearm forms. - Leads firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards including line management and queuing within the firearms department. - Maintains merchandising of firearms...
