Qualifications: Education: Responsibilities: The Hospice Nurse Liaison are responsible for coordinating applications through the admission review process. Coordinates and maintains referrer relationships with assigned institutions/agencies. Participates in development and marketing Calvary Hospital’s Home Care and Hospice Services.
