Team Introduction The Emerging Verticals team builds and scales programs that grow high-quality creator supply across new and fast-growing content categories in North America. Our work sits at the intersection of product adoption and creator growth – helping creators discover, adopt, and get lasting value from TikTok features. Responsibilities: - Own creator programs end-to-end from strategy and planning through execution and measurement with a high degree of autonomy - Partner closely with Product to streamline how programs run and scale - Dig into program data to spot problems early and build solutions before they become blockers - Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular reporting on program performance and key insights - Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams including Product, Comms, Legal, and Design
