Job Purpose: The Business Sales Representative is essential to driving activity in the Business Sales channel. The position is responsible for outbound call activity, face-to-face meetings , business door to door prospecting, and all other proactive sales efforts that will drive fiber penetration and grow existing customer spend through attaching additional products in the portfolio. The ability to provide excellent customer service as well as upsell new products to previously sold customers is key to this role. Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up, outbound dials and emails and business door to door prospecting. The successful Business Sales Representative will develop and utilize sales plans and strategies to drive fiber penetration, grow revenue, and provide an excellent customer experience.
