Description The Children's Home is seeking a Full-Time Hospital Services Coordinator. The Hospital Services Coordinator is a member of the Care Coordination Team and will assist in the coordination and organization of all day-to-day functions in the hospital, daily maintenance of all medical records, and responsible for efficient and accurate scheduling of in-patient and outpatient services through the various programs of The Children’s Home. This position will also work closely with the Manager of Care Coordinator/RN Admissions Case Manager in the planning and admitting of new patients to the Pediatric Specialty Hospital.
