Job Description: Valle del Sol is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our Opioid Treatment Program. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the clinic and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to individuals in recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Dispense methadone in accordance with OTP protocols (SAHMSA, DEA, Joint Commission and ADHS standards) as ordered by the Medical Director and/or Nurse Practitioner. - Monitor patient health status and document clinical observations. - Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and case managers to ensure coordinated care. - Educate patients on treatment plans, medication adherence, and wellness strategies. - Maintain accurate records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. - Support crisis interventi...
