Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) What You’ll Do: The Market Analyst supports Freeman Health System’s enterprise strategic planning, program growth, acquisition integration, and capital planning efforts through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and market intelligence. This individual contributor partners closely with executive leadership, Strategy, Finance, and clinical leaders to provide data-driven insights that inform service line expansion, physician recruitment, market expansion, and long-range financial planning. The role plays a key analytical support function in the strategic integration of acquired entities and the scaling of enterprise programs across the Freeman system. Responsibilities: Support enterprise strategy development related to program growth, service line expansion, and market positioning.
