This is a supervisory position within the casino's Player Service. The Lead Player service Cashier provides direct guidance to cashiers, ensuring they follow all gaming regulations and security procedures. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, safeguarding assets, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced gaming environment. Process high-volume cash and non-cash transactions including chip redemption, check cashing, and voucher redemptions Enroll guests in the One Star Rewards program and issue membership cards Promote ongoing casino promotions and explain program benefits Conduct basic player evaluations and outbound scripted calls Verify and distribute jackpot payments and complete required documentation Maintain accountability for ATMs, kiosks, and cage transactions Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy of funds exchanged Handle guest requests and disputes professionally, escalating when needed Maintain confidentiality of guest and casino information Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards High Scho...
