This is an exciting opportunity to join the Place Service branch within the People and Place division as a C1 Place Operations Lead. As Place Operations Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of key operational services, managing both in-house teams and external service providers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our central estate and travel management are run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with strategic goals. Working within the Place Service branch, you will oversee a team of approximately 20 FTE, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. This role also involves shaping and evolving the services within the branch, contributing to long-term planning and innovation. Please note that this post is being currently being aligned to the Built Environment profession.
