OVERVIEW: Alo is looking for an experienced, motivated, and color obsessed Color Manager to oversee the Color team. As the Color Manager at Alo, you will work closely and collaboratively with the Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Design, and Merchandising teams to execute beautiful seasonal color stories from concept to shop floor. You will manage a small color team to commercialize seasonal palettes, analyze lab dips, prints & patterns, washes etc. through the development process, and act as the keeper of color integrity throughout the entire production process. You will ensure that colors meet our color matching and colorfastness tolerances, adhere to calendar deadlines, and represent the Color Team in cross functional meetings.
