Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: - Prepares food according to recipes, procedures, and standards within allowable time guidelines. - Pays close attention to detail when scaling ingredients and following recipes. - Maintains assigned par levels of food items. Work Area Maintenance: - Cleans, organizes, stocks, and restocks the work area. - Completes opening, side, and closing duties following established procedures. - Safely operates and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
