JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Team Lead A production machine shop team lead supervises and coordinates shop personnel, manages day-to-day machining operations, and ensures production schedules and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for training and mentoring team members, resolving production issues, enforcing safety and process protocols, and collaborating with other departments to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
