This is a professional position within the Bureau of Preparedness and Response, Training and Exercise Section. The incumbent will support Florida’s public health emergency preparedness efforts by designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and exercises that enhance the state’s ability to respond to all-hazards emergencies. Collaboration and Engagement - Serve as a Technical Assistance Coordinator to County Health Departments, facilitating collaboration for training and exercises. Participate in the development of the Department’s Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) and assist counties in creating their individual IPPs.
