The Inside Sales Representative – Hydraulic & Instrumentation is at the center of the day-to-day sales activities responding to customer inquiries of varying complexity, developing offers, and entering and maintaining orders. In addition, this position handles all post-sales activities, including requests for paperwork, order status, customer complaints and acts as the liaison for quotes and orders between the US sales group and the Alleima production units and QA departments. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that production capabilities and product availability are aligned with customer demand. Having good knowledge of the product line’s customer and sales strategy, this position strategically prioritizes and handles incoming RFQs to maximize profitable order awards. Working closely with the Sales team, this position develops value propositions, collects market intelligence, and anticipates customer needs to strengthen Alleima’s position as a preferred supplier of H&I products with key accounts.
