Position Summary: The Construction Community Manager (AM) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all construction field and office operations within their assigned area. This position serves as the primary point of contact for builders, manages escalations, coordinates subcontractors and field technicians, and ensures seamless execution of projects. Additionally, the Area Manager is instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
