Role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker: This is for our Intensive Out Patient Program (IOP) - Patients come 3X/ week for 3 hours per day Location: Lower Keys Medical Center: Schedule: - FULL time Days (40 hours per week) 7am-3:30pm- rotating Saturdays Job Summary: The social worker provides professional services to patients and families, which facilitates the use of individual, public and private resources so that optimal functioning can occur for both the patient and the family.
